I ordered my usual size from Rocket Dog, expecting them to fit like the last pair I had, but nope. One pair felt way too tight and another was oddly loose, so I was just left feeling confused and kind of mentally drained by the whole thing. It’s really frustrating trying to buy shoes online when the sizing isn’t consistent. I ended up returning them, which was just another hassle I didn’t want to deal with.

I checked this site first and was ready to buy, but once I compared the same items on a few other sites, the prices here just didn’t really hold up. It felt a bit too expensive for what I was getting, so I ended up going with another option.

I tried using the site, but it was kind of frustrating. The checkout kept acting weird, and I couldn’t tell if it was glitching or if I was missing something. Something just feels off with the whole process, and it made it harder than it should be to place an order.

Returning this was a hassle. The whole process felt slow and kind of annoying, especially compared to other stores where returns are usually quick and straightforward. I expected it to be easier than it was...

I bought a pair from rocketdog.com because they looked really cute, and a friend had even recommended checking them out for casual shoes. Unfortunately, the arch support is pretty much nonexistent. After just a couple hours of walking around, my feet were already hurting.

They might be okay for a quick errand or short wear, but I definitely wouldn’t use them as everyday shoes. I really expected them to be more comfortable, so I was disappointed and wouldn’t buy them again

The shoes themselves were fine, but the box showed up crushed with the tape half coming off. I know packaging isn’t everything, but my brain kind of goes, “messy box = careless handling,” especially when it’s a brand-new pair. Just didn’t feel great opening it.

I ordered a pair of black boots, but somehow brown sandals showed up instead. I thought it would be an easy fix, but support has been really slow to get back to me and I still don’t have a solution. Frustrating tbh, especially since I needed the boots and now I’m just stuck waiting.

It kind of felt like no one really wanted to help... which made the whole thing even more annoying. In the end, I was still out of pocket and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Rocket Dog again.

I bought a pair from Rocket Dog, and I’ll give them this: they do look cute. Unfortunately, that’s about where the compliments end. After walking around in them for a short time, my feet were already hurting because there’s basically no sole support. They feel really flat and kind of cheap inside, which is surprising for the price. Fine if you just want something to look nice for a bit, but definitely not comfortable for daily wear. I wouldn’t buy them again unless they seriously improve the soles.

I stuck with them for years and used to really like them... but lately it just hasn’t been the same. I’m kind of done at this point.

I returned my order a while ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. I contacted customer service, but they just kept telling me to wait, then transferred me from one person to another without anyone actually helping. For something as simple as a refund, this is way too slow. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
